After the annual company meeting on the last working day of the year, the evening was spent at the Kuluthalle Berching. " At the end of the year it is always a special concern for us to say THANK YOU. To operate sucessfully in these uncertain times is not a matter of fact and needs the motivation of the whole team", said Stephan K. Fischer. Of course the event also included the honouring of particularly long-serving employees. A total of 15 employees were honoured, 6 of whom have been with the company for over 30 years and one for 45 years.

During the works meeting, Stephan K. Fischer focused on the current investments and described in detail their benefits for the future. The volume of investments in 2022/2023 is higher than ever before in the company's 90-year history.
