1st place at Berchinale 2025 – Our trainees impress with creativity and precision

Let's celebrate! As part of the Berchinale 2025 trainee competition, our trainees have created an extraordinary light object: ‘STEEL & STREAM – the pike in the cage’.
The result combines sustainability, creative ideas and impressive craftsmanship – a project that shows just how much talent and commitment our young people have.

A project that inspires

The young people worked on their light object with great care and creativity. The result is a work that is not only technically sophisticated, but also aesthetically impressive. Awarded 1st place

The town of Berching has counted the votes – and we are delighted:
Our project was awarded 1st place!
At the award ceremony in the town hall, our trainees also received prize money of €300.

Joint decision – shared moment

In consultation with our trainees, we decided how the prize money would be used:
The team members who played a key role in the project will each receive a £75 voucher. The remaining amount will be invested in a joint snack – a wonderful opportunity to look back on the year and celebrate this success together.
