33 anniversary celebrants take centre stage at Christmas party

This year's FISCHER LICHT & METALL Christmas party was once again all about appreciation. Employees and management gathered in the festively decorated Kulturhalle Berching to look back on the year and honour long-standing colleagues for their loyalty to the company. The evening was accompanied by culinary delights from Gasthof Post Berching.

A total of 33 employees were honoured for their long-standing service to the company. Particularly impressive: three of those celebrating their anniversaries have already been with FISCHER LICHT & METALL for more than 30 years – a strong sign of the close ties and sustainable corporate culture.

In his speech, Managing Director Stephan K. Fischer emphasised the central role of the workforce in the company's success:
‘Our employees are the foundation of our company. Their experience, daily commitment and loyalty have shaped FISCHER LICHT & METALL for decades.’

However, appreciation at FISCHER is not only demonstrated at the Christmas party. For several years now, employees celebrating their anniversaries have also been invited to an individual meeting with their respective division managers and Managing Director Stephan K. Fischer on their personal anniversary day. In a personal atmosphere – deliberately in the managing director's office – the focus is on reviewing the past together, recognising the work accomplished and looking to the future. This form of direct exchange is firmly anchored in the corporate culture and is greatly appreciated by employees.

In addition to the honours, the Christmas party provided plenty of opportunity for personal conversations and an atmospheric end to the year together.
