A reunion filled with memories and a sense of connection

Last Wednesday, we welcomed around 35 former colleagues to our retirees’ gathering at FISCHER. For many of the guests, it was a special occasion to return to their former workplaces and see familiar faces again.

During a guided tour of our facilities, the former employees gained fascinating insights into the development of our company. They visited former workstations, exchanged personal stories, and shared numerous shared memories. It quickly became clear just how much our company has changed and evolved in recent years.

It was especially wonderful to see the interest, joy, and familiarity with which our guests still approached their former workplace today. Many of them have accompanied, shaped, and helped build FISCHER over the decades. It is precisely these shared experiences, encounters, and memories that define our company’s history.

We then rounded off the afternoon in a cozy atmosphere with coffee and cake in our cafeteria. There was plenty of time for personal conversations, shared memories, and wonderful moments.
