13 anniversaries honored and review of an eventful year
Innovation strengthens market position

Mühlhausen. Last Friday, the company meeting took place at FISCHER Licht & Metall. The chairwoman of the works council, Manuela Fuchs, congratulated the 13 jubilarians. During the evening Christmas party at the Spitalstadl in Freystadt, managing partner Stephan K. Fischer thanked the jubilarians for their achievements and presented certificates and gifts.

"Despite an eventful and turbulent year, the year was extremely positive" summed up Manuela Fuchs. "The topic of data protection and the resulting consequences for the company will be given a higher priority in the future." the long-standing chairwoman sensitized the workforce.

"The set sales target was achieved and the number of employees remained constant" Stephan K. Fischer expressed his satisfaction about the past year.

The challenges within the advertising systems and metal construction industry are countered with new machinery and equipment: "We have doubled our investments, developed new high-quality products and thus strengthened our market position in the long term " Stephan K. Fischer explained the starting position for the coming year.

With seven new trainees since September 2015, the cross-generational transfer of knowledge continues. The continuous transfer of the existing extensive know-how to the junior staff ensures the innovative spirit and the high product standards.

"Already today we secure with our ideas, our jobs of tomorrow," said the managing partner about the numerous innovations of the past year.

Not all were present.
