Apprenticeship 2011
Mühlhausen. On September 1, the apprenticeship period at FISCHER Licht & Metall began for 6 trainees.
4 young adults opted for the apprenticeship job of construction mechanic and 2 for that of technical draftsman.
With the new additions this year, there are now 28 apprentices in 3 cohorts in the company. In the course of their 3 to 3.5-year apprenticeship, they learn about the various
departments and gain valuable professional experience at FISCHER Licht & Metall.
Stephan K. Fischer, Managing Director of the 200-employee company, welcomed the new trainees and underlined the company's sustainable human resources strategy: "We are a constantly growing company and invest a lot in young talent. Thus, we will remain competitive in the future." The welcome was followed by a tour of the plant and assignment to the individual departments.
