Community and tradition: KIRCHWEIH IN MÜHLHAUSEN

This year, FISCHER LICHT & METALL once again followed a cherished and deeply rooted tradition: the invitation to the Mühlhausen Kirchweih on the first weekend in August. For over 15 years, this special evening has been an integral part of the company culture – and more than just a get-together. It is an expression of the family values and regional ties that characterise the company.

A place of encounter – for employees and families

As always, the invitation was extended to all employees – accompanied by their partners and children. Around 230 cheerful guests gathered on the festival grounds in Müllhausen. Amidst atmospheric music, good food and drinks, a lively exchange took place that went far beyond everyday working life.

It is precisely the personal encounters in this setting that make the party so special: colleagues meet here on a new, often more personal level. Families strike up conversations, get to know each other – and appreciate each other. Promoting this community beyond the workplace is very important to the family business.

A highlight for young and old alike: driving fun included

A special treat awaited the younger guests in particular – but of course the older ones too: the Fischer family was delighted to invite everyone to take a ride in the bumper cars. The laps were completed with enthusiasm and lots of laughter – a charming gesture that brought sparkling eyes and unforgettable moments.

Sustainability with loving details

Once again this year, FISCHER demonstrated its commitment to sustainability in its decorations. The lovingly arranged herb pots on the tables were not only admired, but also enthusiastically taken home – as a small reminder of a successful day and as a sign of the sustainable thinking that is part of everyday life at the company.

The Mühlhausen Kirchweih, with which the company has close historical and emotional ties, provides the ideal setting for this evening together.
