First company Schafkopf tournament is very well received

24 participants compete for valuable prizes

POLLANTEN. A lot of fun had on Friday evening 24 card players at the first FISCHER-Schafkopfturnier in the pub Kellner in Pollanten. From 19 o'clock until shortly before midnight it went turbulent and loudly, until the winner was determined. Prizes were awarded to the first six and the last participant. In the mixed round of amateurs and semi-professional players, Thomas Staudigl was the outstanding winner with his risk-taking games. Game director Sebastian Seemeier: "The turnout was greater than expected, a repetition is definitely planned. At the Whitsun Folk Festival in Berching, we want to start with a company team."
