DIVISION TITLE FOR OUR TRAINEE RONJA

A special achievement for our apprentice Ronja Seßler: At the graduation ceremony of the Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate Chamber of Crafts, she was honored as the chamber’s top graduate in the trade of sign and illuminated advertising fabrication.

With her craftsmanship and achievements during her apprenticeship, Ronja is now among the best young professionals in her field in Lower Bavaria and the Upper Palatinate. The award is a wonderful culmination of her apprenticeship and a special recognition of her hard work and dedication over the past few years.

With Ronja’s success, we are already celebrating the third chamber championship win from our ranks. Her apprenticeship also serves as a fine example of how knowledge and experience are passed down at FISCHER: Ronja was mentored and supported by Matthias Netsch, who himself was once honored as a chamber champion. Today, he passes on his expertise to the next generation and guides our young professionals on their career paths.

Training young people has been a top priority at FISCHER LICHT & METALL for many years. We are all the more delighted when the dedication of our trainees is reflected in special achievements like this one.
