Experience training live – Training Day in Neumarkt

On Penance Day, we welcomed twelve interested school pupils to our company as part of the ‘Training Day’ in Neumarkt. It was a wonderful opportunity for us to give young people a lively insight into the world of trade and industry – and perhaps even spark some enthusiasm.

A warm welcome and first impressions

To kick things off, the young people were given a short presentation about our company, our apprenticeships and the wide range of opportunities that training at FISCHER offers. Delicious snacks were provided, creating a relaxed atmosphere and making it easier for everyone to get started.

A tour of the workshop

This was followed by an exciting tour of our production areas. The pupils were able to experience first-hand how our products are made, the processes involved and how many hands and ideas contribute to a successful result. They were particularly impressed by the combination of state-of-the-art technology and genuine passion for craftsmanship that our employees bring to their work every day.

Do-it-yourself encouraged

A real highlight of the day: the practical task!
Under supervision, the young people were allowed to get hands-on and bend a small car and an elephant out of metal. With a lot of curiosity, skill and fun, they created small works of art, which they were of course allowed to take home with them as souvenirs – a lovely memento of a special day.

A day that leaves a lasting impression

We are always happy to support young talents in their career orientation and give them insights into possible career paths. The training day was also a complete success and an enriching experience for us.
