Exploration of premises at FISCHER

Mühlhausen. Interesting topics were discussed at this year's spring meeting of the IHK Industry Committee of the Upper Palatinate/Kehlheim region. Stephan K. Fischer, Managing Director of FISCHER Licht & Metall, and Vice Chairman of the IHK Committee of the Upper Palatinate/Kehlheim Region, inspired the numerous guests with a tour of the modern equipped production halls. "Praiseworthy, how industrially manufactory work can be implemented in the production of illuminated advertising today," emphasized the chairman of the IHK committee, Johann Lang, "in this company innovation is lived!" The members of the committee agreed on the importance of in-company training and further education for small and medium-sized businesses. "In times of demographic change, we as employers have a moral obligation to support the strengths of our employees with qualified training," commented Stephan Fischer, "the success of a strong company lies in the hands of a qualified team."

The Industry Committee is one of seven specialized committees appointed by the plenary assembly of the Regensburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Upper Palatinate/Kehlheim at the beginning of each election period. The Industry Committee provides a platform for entrepreneurs and managing directors of industrial companies from the region to discuss industry-related topics and exchange experiences.
