Mühlhausen. Three new apprentices started their working lives with FISCHER on September 1. One industrial clerk and two sign and light sign makers will support the 200-strong team with immediate effect. An introductory day with a tour of the company and getting to know each other at least made it a little easier for the school leavers to make the jump from summer vacation to everyday working life.

Production manager Benjamin Köbl is pleased about the addition: "The preservation of knowledge by passing it on to the next generation of employees has been the cornerstone of the company's innovative strength for many years. Old and young have always worked successfully hand in hand," Köbl once started his professional life with an apprenticeship at FISCHER himself and can therefore well understand the excitement of the newcomers.  

In the course of their 3-year training period, the skilled workers of tomorrow get to know a wide variety of departments and thus gain valuable professional experience. Stephan K. Fischer, Managing Director of the 200-employee company, on the importance of junior staff: "By investing in our own future specialists, we are securing our long-term and sustainable success. The in-depth knowledge of our employees is of very great importance to us as a producer of high-quality branded illuminated advertising."
