Trainee outing 2025: Reaching new heights together!

Team spirit, nature & adventure – our trainee event at Spitzingsee

On 3 September 2025, it was that time again: our trainee outing took our 23 trainees to the impressive mountain world at Spitzingsee. A day full of team spirit, nature experiences and unforgettable moments that brought us even closer together as a team.

Hiking in the Alps – experiencing nature up close

We set off on our adventure together in perfect late summer weather. In addition to the curious cows that greeted us, the idyllic Grünsee lake was the first highlight. We enjoyed the tranquillity of nature there during a snack break. Refreshed, we continued on to the summit cross, where we were rewarded with a breathtaking view – an experience that was the highlight of the day for everyone.

Action & fun: Mountain carting downhill at Spitzingsee

After a hearty meal at the Jagahüttn, the next highlight awaited us: mountain carting! We raced down into the valley at high speed, laughing all the way along the 3.5-kilometre route. This adrenaline-fuelled experience guaranteed unforgettable moments and strengthened our team spirit.

A cosy end to the day at an Italian restaurant

After an eventful day, we ended the evening in a relaxed atmosphere at an Italian restaurant in Berching. Here we had time for conversation, shared laughter and a look back on an all-round successful day.
