A new phase of life began for 10 trainees at FISCHER LICHT & METALL on September 1.

Five construction mechanics, two sign and illuminated advertising manufacturers, one technical system planner, one metal technology specialists and one IT specialist strengthen our TEAM FISCHER.

The team of trainers led by Production Manager Benjamin Köbl is particularly pleased to have so many new recruits this year: "The fact that we are able to maintain our training quota in these times is more important than ever and cannot be taken for granted. We invest a lot of time and energy in our training," says Köbl. This year, FISCHER employs 24 apprentices in 4 apprenticeship years - a training rate of over 10%.
All apprentices are offered the prospect of a permanent position after completing their training. Interested parties can apply now for the upcoming apprenticeship year or get a taste of the practical side of things during a company internship.
