TREEPLANTING CHALLENGE
SHAPING SUSTAINABILITY: OUR PARTICIPATION IN THE TREE PLANTING CHALLENGE
TWO TREES, A STRONG TEAM AND THREE NEW NOMINEES FOR MORE GREEN IN THE REGION
The Tree Planting Challenge is a nationwide social media campaign in which companies, organisations or teams plant trees and then nominate other participants. The aim is to activate as many people and businesses as possible through a dynamic chain of nominations to contribute to environmental and climate protection – in an entertaining and collaborative way. The campaign thrives on exchanges via social networks such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn and shows how modern sustainability can also be communicated with ease and team spirit.
We were also invited to participate: twice, in fact – by the companies Burkhardt and Auto Bierschneider. Of course, we accepted this double nomination.
Two trees were planted on our company premises – symbolising the double nomination. The trees came from the regional nursery Langer in Mühlhausen. Our trainees took on the planting with great enthusiasm, supported by production manager Benjamin Köbl, who, among other things, took care of transport with the trainee platinum Porsche. In addition, a crane was used on our construction site for the new logistics hall – teamwork at its best.

We then nominated the following three companies for the next round of the tree planting challenge:
• Siebenwurst Dietfurt
• Spangler Automation
• Distler Architekten
We would like to thank everyone involved for their support and are delighted to have been part of this special participatory campaign – for a greener, more conscious future.
