2026 Apprentice Outing: Out on the Water Together

Once again this year, a group outing was on the agenda for our trainees. This time, we headed out onto the water: From the Hammermühle recreation center, the group set off with their instructors on a canoe trip to the Schernfeld Bridge.

With perfect weather and high spirits, we paddled through the countryside. Along the way, there was plenty of time for conversation, shared laughter, and, of course, a short break. Everyone refueled with snacks and cold drinks before continuing on toward their destination.

Especially for our new trainees, who had only started at FISCHER a few days earlier, the outing offered a great opportunity to get to know the other trainees and instructors better outside of the daily work routine. At the same time, the more experienced trainees were able to spend time together and further strengthen team spirit.

After the canoe trip, everyone went out for a meal together to wrap up the day. In a relaxed atmosphere, they were able to comfortably wind down and reflect together on their experiences on the water.

The trainee outing is an integral part of the training program at FISCHER every year. In addition to technical content, we also value the opportunity to spend time together. Days like these create space for conversation, new connections, and shared experiences outside of the daily work routine.
