Christmas party and many anniversaries

We looked back on a successful 2023 with our employees on the last working day at the annual works meeting.

In the evening, the Christmas party took place in the Kulturhalle Berching. The reception was accompanied by music from the SBO Berching junior orchestra. In addition to culinary delights, there was much to celebrate. "Our employees are an important foundation of our success story. With this year-end celebration, we would like to thank them for their great commitment and many years of loyalty to the company," said Stephan K. Fischer. FISCHER celebrated a total of 29 milestone anniversaries. Of these, 10 employees have been with the company for over 25 years and 3 for over 45 years.

During the works meeting, Stephan K. Fischer focussed on the investments made and those still to be made and explained in detail their benefits for the future. The investment volume is higher than ever before in the company's 95-year history.
