Training start 2021 at FISCHER LICHT & METALL

Starting professional life

FISCHER greets his 7 new apprentices

Mühlhausen. Production manager Benjamin Köbl and his team of trainers are pleased that the Mühlhausen-based company was again able to attract 7 motivated school leavers this year. "Investing in the know-how of tomorrow has long been a success factor for FISCHER. It is important to us to train junior employees according to our own standards and to bind them to our company in the long term. We take our responsibility to provide sound training for their professional lives very seriously," says Köbl.

Before the training began, the new recruits were given a tour of the company on their first day of work and had the opportunity to get to know each other better over a shared snack.

Depending on the apprenticeship, the new apprentices will spend three or three and a half years getting to know a wide variety of areas and departments in the company in order to become successful construction mechanics and electrical system fitters.

FISCHER offers all apprentices the prospect of a permanent position after their training. This year, 5 graduates have already been taken on in a wide range of departments. Interested parties can apply now for the coming training year.
