Starting Your Career at FISCHER LICHT & METALL

With the start of the apprenticeship program on September 1, 2026, FISCHER LICHT & METALL welcomes five new apprentices to the company. Four of them are beginning their apprenticeships as construction mechanics, while one apprentice is starting as a sign and illuminated advertising manufacturer.

The initial focus was on getting their bearings and getting to know FISCHER as their new workplace. After a personal welcome and receiving their FISCHER uniforms, the five apprentices gained their first insights into the company and its various departments. During a tour of the company grounds, they also learned more about their future work areas.

For our production manager, Benjamin Köbl, the start of the apprenticeship program is a special moment every year: “By beginning their apprenticeship, young people are laying the foundation for their professional future. It’s important to us to support them from the very start, provide them with practical knowledge, and give them the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.”
